synopsis
An irreverent, ribald romp through a day of television broadcasting in the not- so-far future. It's 1985 and Big Brother is watching television via the antics of a slick looking assortment of boffo comedians who take a satirical swipe at programming in a series of side-splitting skits that lampoon the listings. From sitcoms to soaps, from commercials to cops and robbers, nothing is sacred in this repertoire of bawdy, boisterous buffoonery. Saturday Night Live and Second City TV crales Chevy Chase, John Candy, Larraine Newman, Joe Flaherty, Al Franken and Tom Davis do their best to offend everything couch potatoes hold sacred.
