synopsis
An epidemic far worse than the West Nile virus is sweeping through Baltimore. Researcher Jennifer (Musetta Vander) might have developed a cure, but she's not finished with her testing yet. Her boss demands that they release it ASAP so that they can get rich. He's arranged to speed up the process by having the virus antidote tested on prisoner Ray (Matt Jordon), a notorious serial killer.
