synopsis
Dead bodies are found in New York's East River. The police have no clues or suspects until Nick (Michael Reilly Burke) and his colleague realize that the killer is a giant octopus. Everybody, especially the police captain (Paul Vincent O'Connor), refuses to believe Nick's story - and soon the harbor will be filled with boats for the Fourth of July celebrations.
