synopsis
A plague has destroyed the human colony on Mars, leaving behind only Dr. Hathaway and his family. When a pair of long-overdue astronauts arrive to bring the Hathaways back to Earth, they find a family clinging to the routine of daily life with a determination that is downright inhuman.
